TORRAS is the product brand and/or manufacturer/brand owner, as applicable, and does not undertake the retail sale through this website.

Order Cancellation

To request a cancellation, click Contact Us and submit your order details through our support form within 1 hour of placing the order.
Cancellation is subject to the order’s fulfillment status and cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.

 

We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Requests based on personal preference or incorrect product selection by the customer are not accepted, except where required by applicable law. Please check the product details and compatibility before placing your order.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you receive the wrong item, or the product does not match its advertised description, please submit a request through Contact Us. Tiger Pug will assess the issue as seller and provide the applicable remedy, including a return or refund where required by applicable law. Where the issue falls within an applicable TORRAS manufacturer/brand warranty, Tiger Pug may facilitate the claim with TORRAS.

If your order has not arrived or is delivered after the stated delivery schedule, please contact Tiger Pug through the same form. Tiger Pug will investigate with the relevant fulfilment or delivery service provider and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Statutory remedies for late delivery remain subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Refunds

Refunds for purchases through this website are processed by or on behalf of Tiger Pug for approved cancellations and eligible claims, including where required by applicable law.

Refunds are based on the amount actually paid for the affected product, including any applicable discounts. Any delivery charges refundable under applicable law will also be included.
Eligible refunds will be processed within a reasonable period and within any timeframe required by applicable law. The time taken for the funds to become available may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
